What happens during a communication session?

1. Prepare for the session. Bring any questions you have about your pet and a way to take notes if you’d like.

2. Let your pet(s) know we are meeting. Some pets are open right away, while others need time to build trust. If you have more than one pet, I’ll start by checking in with the designated “alpha” first.

3. Session starts. I will listen to you and your pet to determine the structure and focus of our time together. For context, I may ask for history and background information.

4. Sharing insights. I'll share messages between you and your animal friend. At the end, you'll have more clarity about next steps

5. After the session. Many clients receive the support they need in one session. In some cases, a few sessions are recommended. As new situations arise, you are welcome to send updates after we meet. Regular sessions can be helpful for animals that are chronically ill, in hospice care, or have special needs.

What length of session do I need?

The following guidelines can help you choose the best session length for you and your animal companion(s). If you are unsure, please contact me by email.

15 minutes:

A short introduction to my practice in animal communication. Ideal if you’re unsure about which session to book, need a quick answer, or want to follow up on a previous session.

30 minutes:

Ideal for one or two people and their pet. Also useful as a follow-up or for working through an ongoing issue over several sessions.

60 minutes:

Recommended for first sessions, especially for rescued and traumatized pets. Provides ample time for background, questions, and discussion of in-depth behavioral or emotional concerns.

90 minutes:

These sessions also provide ample time to process more in-depth history and issues and are recommended for families with two or more people and/or households with multiple pets.
